🕱 TERMS & CONDITIONS: MR.FISK FONTS 🕱
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING.
1. SHAREWARE USAGE (PERSONAL USE ONLY)
The definition of a shareware font from Mr.Fisk (Mike Larsson) is that you may download and use the font(s) for your own private, non-profit projects. You may NOT use them for any commercial purpose whatsoever without a valid license.
2. COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE (REQUIRED)
If you intend to use this software for any project that generates revenue or promotes a brand, artist, or business, you MUST purchase a Commercial License BEFORE any usage begins.
Examples of use that require an additional, specific license include (but are not limited to):
⛧ SOUND RECORDING PACKAGING: CD, Vinyl, Cassette, and Digital Album Art (e.g., Spotify/Apple Music covers).
⛧ DIGITAL STREAMING & VIDEO: Usage in YouTube videos (monetized or branded), Twitch overlays, and Social Media campaigns (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook).
⛧ MERCHANDISE: Clothing, posters, and physical products for sale.
⛧ BROADCAST: Television, motion picture titles, credits, and advertisements.
⛧ BRAND IDENTITY: Logos, business stationary, and corporate branding.
⛧ MASS DISTRIBUTION: Any publication or product with a circulation/reach in excess of 10,000 copies or views.
3. BREACH OF TERMS & LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
NOTICE TO ALL USERS: This document is publicly available. By downloading and/or using this font, you enter into a binding agreement.
Any unauthorized commercial use—including but not limited to usage without a pre-paid license, modifications, or neglect in obtaining the correct additional license—will be treated as a willful copyright infringement.
LIABILITY: The user/entity in breach is liable for both direct and indirect damages. In accordance with the terms published by Mr.Fisk Fonts, any unauthorized commercial usage will incur a penalty and damages fee.
AS OF 2026: A minimum of EUR 500,000 for indirect damages per infringement, plus legal fees and loss of revenue.
